The Ryze Go, Ryze Fit and Ryze Connect App both serve different purposes, and although they are all under Ryze, you might only need to use one of them based on your needs.

Ryze Connect

You only need to have the Ryze Connect app if you are using any Smart Watch except the Ryze Wave model and which to have more features unlocked by connecting it to your phone using this app.

Ryze Go

This app is only for the Ryze Element and is required to access the smart ring functions and use it during your day-to-day life.

Ryze Fit

This app is for the Ryze Wave model only
